That's probably the one RS review I agree with Most other reviews of RAL were quite positive and glowing. But it was the mid 80's and synth pop was in style. Most everyone else raved about RAL offering pop rock, ballads and funky pop for everyone LOL

On the positive side, Stevie was still popular enough to merit a full page and a quarter review in R.S., along with a custom illustration.

After RAL, she was reduced to just short column reviews. Same with FM.
