While I overheard him say at the Franklin M&G that he'd only do it IF people requested it (as opposed to making it a regular part of the set), it seems lately he hasn't been doing it even when it is requested.

Re Michele's info about RAB being "Kristen's song" - I hadn't heard that! Interesting. I'll have to re-examine the lyrics with that in mind!

I thought When She Comes Down was the one that he talked a lot about having written about about Kristen. Or were there two?

I'd heard that about WSCD, that it was about Kristen. That song mystifies me. I get this visual of Lindsey and the kids waiting around at the bottom of the stairs for K to finish getting ready to go out, then jumping up excitedly and running to meet her when she finally descends in all her state and the fam can get some dinner.

Sorry you guys. You are right it was not RAB. It was When She Comes Down and now I remember someone saying that ithe title reminded them too much of "she'll be coming round the mountain."

What we heard about RAB in that pre-release review was just that it was a rocker.

For me, the way the song is structured it almost makes me think that Lindsey and the family are waiting for her to come down from an emotional experience, be it a mental high or a mental low.

I do imagine their curving staircase when I hear the song. But the break in the middle of the song makes it sound like part of her descent was not a peaceful one. I almost imagine that there was a fall or a crash.
