In addition to singing with Stevie, maybe Sheryl will sing The First Cut Is The Deepest with Rod. Maybe all 3 of them with Rod's backup singers will sing We Are Family.

Oh Hell! I forgot that "The First Cut Is The Deepest" was Crow's new song on her BEST OF~!!! Yeah, she'll probably do that with Rod, since hers was a pretty big hit, too, for 2004. I hope Stevie joins them for that!

Honestly, I never even knew Rod's version was considered "famous" until I saw him on the H&S tour. Sheryl's version was huge!

Honestly I can't say I've even heard the original version of The First Cut is the Deepest... or any version at all, aside from Sheryl's.

Well it was written by Cat Stevens, but P.P. Arnold released it first and then Cat Stevens decided to record it himself. Rod didn't release his until ten years after Arnold's 1967 release.

I hope they do it together tho!

Well you just weren't around in the 1970's so that's understandable Jimmy.

Partially right. They did Sorcerer and Landslide together and then she came back onstge when Stevie covered the Zepplin song during the encore.

I almost went to the Chicago show. Now I'm glad I missed it.

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Wait - Landslide?? Has she ever done that song with anyone else before? Besides the Dixie Chicks, I mean.

Not that I'm aware of. You could tell that she really liked having Sheryl Crow out on stage with her. She was smiling more during some of those songs. I think she likes to have someone to sing back and forth with at times like she does with Lindsey.

Gypsy is correct, Sheryl did Sorcerer and Landslide and Led Zepp"s Rock N Roll for encore. Note that Sheryl did NOT do First Cut with Rod.

Gotta say, Rod brought his A game and his band and stage looked like Robert Palmer's Simply Irresistible!! 2 hours of Rod not as bad as I thought it would be!! I loved the part where Rod kicked out about 30 autographed soccer balls into the audience.!!

Since she taped Oprah on Friday, I am wondering when it will show???
