I agree also. Stevie's gave many a great interview over the years with people where she's enjoyed herself and been open. People like Sandra Bernhard etc. those were candid fun interviews. I thought she was at ease and having fun on Ellen a few weeks ago. I think it depends on the interviewer and who she warms up to. I wouldn't rule her out being on Oprah, especially since she's doing this tour with Rod Stewart. Oprah loves having old crooners singing on her show, it just might work this time. If it does though it would shock the hell out of me if she had them both on at the same time. I also wonder (unless some big catastrophe happens in the news) if Oprah's shows aren't already booked up until her very last day on the air.

For me, I don't really care for an Oprah interview. For fans like us, it would be the same story we have heard over and over again. It would be the common interview.....struggling as an artist....Lindsey.....joining the band...superstardom.....the downfall/drugs....the resurrection...and now her new material.
Been there. Done that.

The Stevie story as presented by Behind The Music, the drugs, the excesses, etc is fairly well known. On the other hand, the Stevie Nicks that gave iPods out to soldiers, the one that was involved in various benefits over the years (City of Hope, etc) is probably totally unknown by the public. Those are things might interest Oprah.
