I can't get over how full-tilt Garbo she's gone on the make-up! I can't remember her ever going for such a bold cupid's bow on her lips. I think it looks good, though, on an older woman, and is actually far less ageing than a collagen-induced trout pout.

Also, yes -- definitely had her eyes and neck tweaked at some point, though not, I would say, all that recently. She's keeping it as real as she can!

those Louboutins were a great new addition indeed. I think they were the Eugenie style ones because they sparkled at the bottom if you noticed on camera. May be wrong. nice to see here mixing it up a bit showing she is up to date with fashion in a way.

I personally think she'd look fantastic in chocolate browns. Her batwings in the above giant pic almost look espresso brown, but I know it's because of the sheer material, and backlighting. Still, I think she'd really look great in shades of brown... she's an earthy witchy lady after all!

Also, purple was the focal color in many clothing lines last season (fall 2010) - Armani, Robert Graham, Audrey Talbott and Canali just to name a few. Can you tell that I merch clothes for a living? Haha!

She looks good but I would prefer that the eye make-up be smokey and less precise over the lids, plus I don't dig pink lipstick under any circumstances. I know I'm in the minority here, but I never like any curl to her hair - straight all the way for me!
I love the shot on the beach and she looks to be sporting some kind of lightly embroidered lace top - that could be interesting.

Although I call it the 'new', I see it as the new reinvention of a classic Stevie. Where not seeing a new phase of Stevie - where getting our old Ms Nicks back.

I love her eye makeup and she looks beautiful but I do not like the striped top(s). I'm sorry, but it reminds me of a bedspread and sheets.

The brown really works, and I love her makeup. I don't think the blouse is the same as the vintage one from years ago -- the stripes are different -- but it adds a different texture than the usual solid colours. Love the whole thing to bits I think we'll get a classically Stevie look but with new, interesting items.

I don't see a striped shawl. Are those not the sleeves to her dress I think her hair looks really dry and frizzy on the ends. The curls could have been much softer and fuller. I think the picture is kinda boring and very typical. Would love to have seen some colour. JMO

I hope the album cover is something more creative looking with more detail and color. I'm all for any new photos of her and she does look damn beautiful for her age and I love her no matter what, but I'm just not feeling the excitement everyone else is for these new pics. At first glance I thought vintage Clairol ad from the 70's and 80's because the greenery.
