I think Tom is sort of a hero for Stevie. I'm sure she loves him, but in an admiration sort-of way. I've never seen her look at Tom during a performance with the same sexual energy she looks at Lindsey with.

I didn't think Stevie and Stan ever dated. Didn't Stan do some interview years ago where he basically cut Steve to shreds. Saying things like she was "slutty" and that she wanted him but he wasn't interested. And that Benmont always had a crush on her but she wasn't interested in Benmont. He also implied that she was annoying and was always hanging around. Sounds to me like perhaps Stan had hard feelings regarding Stevie for some reason. Perhaps all the attention she received?
