Another version of My One And Only Thrill is being
released November 30, 2010. Including new remixes and
five postcards. And yes, I'll have this one too.

Speaking of this creature, I received the songbooks to her
albums My One And Only Thrill and Worrisome
Heart today. Chords I'm not use to playing, but I'll

Anyone here buy Melody's latest release The Absence?

For me so far at least, it's been a big disappointment.
I loved her last two albums and was expecting to feel
the same about the new one. It's just in such a different
direction that I haven't been able to warm up to it yet.

The deluxe version comes out July 3.

My girls have disappointed me lately. Duffy, Lisa Marie
Presley, Miss Gardot and Stephanie Nicks.

I've heard a few songs from The Absence and decided against buying it. The songs just don't have her signature "soul" to them.

Maybe she pulled a Fleetwood Mac on us, and this is her Tusk.
With time it might possibly grow on me. If not, I guess I'll have
to wait another two years or so for her next album.
