[Dodfather]

My surname is Dodd and I like movies, so I got nicknamed Dodfather about 10 years ago and I used it for my email address and screennames ever since...

[darklinensuit]

Mine comes from a song by this lady who used to release albums.

[nailatixela]

Mine's backwards.

[DefDumbandBlond]

This album by another favorite singer of mine!

[greendaze5]

Besides FM-SN, I'm a big Green Day fan.

Just found out they're touring this summer!

[hayley]

My name. Woo! I am agitated that when I registered for the new Ledge back in the day I didn't capitalize it. I'm older and wiser now, and it's annoying.

[Gypsycat999]

Gypsycat is the name I usually use for forums and since I'm a 999-year old witch...

(Just a cheap excuse for my lack of creativity)

[Sleepless-Child]

Mine's actually a really long story. I've had this screenname since I was thirteen and I use it for everything. Essentially, I lived on a Lakhota Sioux reservation for three months and while I was there, I was treated like a young native kid. This means that I experienced the "solo experience" that's basically a rite of passage thing for them. This includes getting "named." An old Native American woman named me "Midday Moon Rising" with a formal ceremony. My screenname is derived from that.

God, your life really sounds cool...

Lack of creativity, and I was a sleepless child, and still am. whatever. would love to change the name, but now I can't.

[GODDESS6]

mine's a nickname the hubby calls me~ the #6 is my lucky #~

[fringed n fab]

I created this screen name back about 2006 when I started doing the dress up thing as Stevie. I had had my old aol sn for 6 years and wanted something new. I've used this ever since.

Haha, it's just crazy. It's sometimes cool, but ALWAYS insane.

Hahaha. Thanks. I wish.

I though I was being clever when I was 15 and created a name that I knew was related to Fleetwood Mac, but wouldn't be obviously so if I wanted/needed to use it for a long time. First four letters of Lindsey's first and last name, in reverse. And I still do use it for a lot of things!
