That may be the case in some performances.
However, I've seen some recent performances where she is perfectly fine and lucid between songs, but then when she really gets into a good song, it seems as if she's not seeing what is in front of her, it's like she and the music are all that exists. At least that's how it seems to me. I'd give nearly anything to know what she is seeing and experiencing in those moments. The woman is pure magic. |

I have uploaded for you all a clip of my all-time favorite Stevie moment, which encapsulates her in all her glory. It is all her magic condensed into 1 second of video footage.
Behold: www.zombiegirlsonline.net/annie/aw.wmv Oh yeah. That's the stuff.

From 7:50 to the very end in this video: http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=HoX60WkP6A0
The fist in the air, the screaming, the head-shake, turning around and falling to the floor, EVERYTHING!

My favorite Stevie moment without a doubt is Sisters of the Moon from the Mirage concert. Just watching that song never fails to put me into an utterly good mood lol. I love when she starts screaming in tongues... and babbles at the end about stuffed animals living at her house. Coked out Stevie is just sweeter than baby Jesus in the manger to me LOL.

I was being serious.
![]() ![]() No, I really do love that noise, and everything else about that performance. I also love her in "Tusk" from the Mirage concert - the cowbell and the little goat noise she makes for no reason. Actually, I love them all in that performance. They are all just straight up jammin,' and look like they are having fun. Plus, Lindsey's "SHUT YO' MOUF, TALKIN' 'BOUT TUUUUUSSSSSK!" makes my life complete. Let's see...oh, and everything about "I Need to Know" from the HBO concert. She kicks all kinds of ass in that.

I love when she is playing with her skirt. The best clips are in videos like I Can´t Wait, Talk To Me or Sometimes It´s A Bitch. The next favourite moment is begining of Stand Backperformance when she is coming to stage, just love it.

What?
![]() ![]() ![]() I've never heard that! *runs off to go watch*ETA: CHRIST ON A CRACKER. THAT WAS FANTASTIC. Right before she does it, she like, shakes her head a bunch of times, like she's trying to shake off the goat demons. I also really loved it when they were all gathered in front of Mick and John stops playing and says something to Christine.
