I noticed it made several appereances in photoshoots and video's between '87 and '94, and then someone on another board said she was wearing on the Tango tour, so I was wondering if there were pictures of that.

Some more pictures of her with the cape, if anyone has others I would love to see them:

Yes that's what she's wearing, but if you look closely you can see she's holding the blue & gold cape.
