great pics, Paula. I love Pat's stuff, I pretty much grew up on it - my mom was always playing Crimes of Passion or Precious Time in the car, so I (almost) know both albums word-for-word. I think I'd have to say my favorite songs of hers are We Belong, Precious Time, Painted Desert and Hell Is For Children. And how about that cover of Kate Bush's "Wuthering Heights", eh?

It was. I didn't get the lighted palm trees, but then Neil kept saying "in Hawaii" so I guess they live there now.

Pat can rock! I don't know about now....
She was however one of the worst concerts I have ever seen. It was in 1986 and she was terrible!

However, her blues album that she put out was great, and then I saw her again and she was alright....

Hell Is For Children is my favorite song, and her first 2 albums are classics!

I saw her on this tour (this past July) and on the previous tour as well. I actually had the exact same seat in the exact same venue (1st row aisle right orch) for each show. We gave her flowers at the first one during True Love (the bluesy one with the killer solo) while Neil went out into the audience to do the solo...something he didnt do this tour, which sucked...

I think the lesser known ones she did on the last show were "Wide Awake in Dreamland" "Sanctuary" and "Let's Stay Together", as well as "True Love".... maybe these are some she did at your show, Paula (she is almost as bad as Stevie with her setlists...)

YES! Those were the names of the songs! Thanks, Mike!

BTW - someone gave her a bouquet with a big "25" balloon for her 25th wedding anniversary with Neil. After she took it, she put it on the stage for the rest of the show. Oh, and people kept yelling out "you're hot" to her AND Neil - to which Pat finally responded "yeah, I guess we've held up pretty well for a couple of old people."

i have always loved pat benatar. she was the very first artist i tried to meet backstage after a show (i was about 15 - i've seen her 2 or 3 times live). no luck with meeting her (a wave) but met neil geraldo. he was very cool - very nice.

if you want to hear a cool cover of pat - check out jann arden's version of love is a battlefield. it's mellowfied....
