I was looking for some new recipes today & came across these. These should help chicken breast every day from getting boring for you David:

The one with fruit salsa sounds really good. Of course, I would probably avoid the "buttermilk coated deep fried" recipe on there.

I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, but seriously, the best diet I've ever been on was my post-wisdom-teeth-removal diet. It worked out so well, I kept it for 6 months.

The entire time, my diet consisted primarily of chocolate puddin' packs, hawaiian punch, and cigarettes. Worked like a CHARM. Healthy, no, but hey! This is America.

Did you have to do it for six months because the cigs made your teeth/gums heal slowly? Plus, the sugar from the pudding packs and hawaiian punch?

lol. Actually, I was over my wisdom teeth as soon as they took the stitches out. It was smoooooov sailing. I did it for six months cuz it was the most effective diet I'd ever been on. Just in time for spring.

That makes me think, though. Geesh, I'm glad I don't smoke anymore.

other favorite diet foods: carrots & celery. raw - crispy, crunchy snack. cooked and sprinkled with pepper - mushy and delicious.

Thanks Paula . Greatly appreciated. I think any kind of variety will help in staying on course.

The raspberry chicken recipe sounds good. I also love putting a apricot glaze on chicken or pork chops too. Also, a mango salsa over grilled chicken sounds great.

It does sound good! I love fruit on poultry or pork. I have this pomegranate chipotle sauce at home that I've been meaning to try....maybe over a nice juicy pork loin.....

You might want to check out a book called The Zone by Barry Sears. You can still eat good food. It's all about balance. I was a size 4 when I practiced it.
