Question... For those of you that went last time, what makes it the "exclusive concert experience?"
Better sound, stage production? Or is it Vegas marketing? I love that town, but it does have a tendency to put it's own spin on ordinary events.

I'm putting my money on Rooms on Fire. Talk to Me is possible IF she hires a sax player. I Can't Wait is the long shot.

Well, at the time the background video screen was new, but since then they incorporated that into all the shows I think. It was pretty much Stevie that started all the hype about how it would be different from any show she had ever done before.

One of the best things to come out of the last couple of years was to take that huge back screen out on the road and not leave it just for the Vegas shows.

Hell, I'm just excited I'm finally going to see it. I always curse the bootleggers for not taping the damn screen at least once, especially during BatB.

Duh, it's the unique, proprietary combination of "How Still My Love" and "If Anyone Falls." These songs are never performed together in the same set except in Vegas. I thought everyone knew this.

I have to admit that the screen really adds oomph to the show, especially on songs like "Rhiannon" and "Sorcerer." Those creepy images of dolls and skeletons are really haunting. And the whole OTR/Dreams rain/water imagery is a very nice, memorable touch too. However, I do miss the running unicorns.

I think RoF is probably the most likely. But I wouldn't be surprised to see "Beautiful Child" or "Leather and Lace" make an appearance either. "Planets of the Universe" would be awesome with visuals- the earth, sea, sky, planets... TTM ain't gonna happen due to the sax solo and the demanding vocal. ICW is probably impossible to recreate without a bank of those (dated) Korg synthesizers and drum machines. By contrast, Stevie's live gear these days seems to be pretty basic.

But if anyone in Camp Stevie is out there reading... "Bella Donna," please!!! I would have an aneurysm.

So I've heard. I'm mentally preparing myself for it. BatB is my absolute favourite Stevie song, for a lot of personal reasons.

I love the giant Stevie silhouette doing turbo spins during the disco dreams intro.

I've been trying to get it for a while now, but the only copy I can order is an import and it costs 35 bucks. So...no.
