....you think you've had brie? Oh, I assure friends, you have not. Not if you've tried this. The flavour is rich, dense, creamy, slightly woody taste, mildly like asparagus. One little nibble fills your whole mouth with this exotic, intense flavour. The aroma alone is intoxicating. I'm salivating just thinking about it.

Here's the thing...most authentic French cheeses are unpasteurized...which is apparently illegal in the States. Bizarre. This cheese is actually documented in the book Heat, where the narrator/chef actually smuggles a bunch of unpasteurized cheeses from France to the US, and brazenly eats some on the plane. I love it!

I love dill Havarti! Smoked cheeses are also very tasty .

Poor guys in the states. Dutch farmercheeses are unbeatable. The older the better. You can bury me alive in it. I ate cheese for 40 years on a daily base. I will do that the next 40 years too. As long as there's cheese there's life.
Cheez, I've eaten so much cheese that you can call me a cheesehead. I'm glad I never started a cheesestore. I would have eaten it. My dog is a cheese hua hua, My sport Tai Cheese, hell, even my grandad died in the same planecrash as Richeese Valens.

Roquefort, danish blue? Dutch cheese faves: Maaslander, Cantenaar. Another fave is a Belgian cheese called Passendale. Nice mild taste. Parmigiano...
fresh cheeses: hüttenkäse, tastes great in a spinach pie... ah yum... I still have to decide what I'm having for dinner tonight, I guess it'll be something cheesy!

I just have it tested by bloodsample. It's perfect. I was flabbergasted. I said
