Although I really could go for some fresh baked bread right about now. Specifically baguette. Y'know I'm French n' all...
I've been craving a sandwich on a crunchy roll for...4 days? Sorry, your baguette reminded me of a crunchy roll. Which it is, just smaller. A crabmeat sandwich from Genova. Today I was actually crabby and despondent because I couldn't get this sandwich. And I don't even want to eat seafood anymore. Maaaybe I'll get turkey. I really want that crabmeat, though. So mayonnaisy and rich. mmmm...I guess it's crabmeat salad, technically.

Tomorrow I'm going straight to the sandwich after check cashing. Why can't I stop thinking about a sandwich? Is that normal? I think I had a dream about the sandwich, too.

I would happily eat that baguette right now with some creamy brie. That would be sooo good.
I've obviously been eating too healthfully.

Sh*t girl, nothing does it like a lil' baguette with some seafood lovin'. Don't blame healthy eating, it's a natural instinct. Girl needs some crab! Have a glass of Pinot Gris on the side and you'll be in heaven!

I hope it's normal to dream about a sandwich. My parents have been eating deliciously cheesy, garlicky, bread-y food while I chow down on carrots and stuff. And not that I don't like carrots (actually, I don't like carrots all that much, but I like broccoli, which is, like, the one word I consistently can't spell, but I think I got it right this time), but ... I want cheesy bread things. Actually, to dream about a sandwich you have to sleep, which I can't do right now.

Well, you seem to understand. It feels odd though - 4 days?! A sandwich?!
That does sound good, the Penis Gris. The sandwich is already a splurge, though, so we'll see.
I'm thinking of going to bed early just so I can get to it quicker.

Yes. I've been eating well, too. But I've had a couple grilled cheese sandwiches. But I don't like the bread I bought, and grilled cheese is a totally different sandwich category than yummy bready cheesy mayonaissey sandwiches (take the mayo out if you don't like it) with chips.

I usually feel okay when I eat healthfully. I usually feel pretty darn satisfied. This is a baaaaad craving. The devil sent this craving. Next time I should put aside emergency sandwich money. But then, I'd probably just buy donuts, or candybars, or chips, or beer, or something with it, before I craved the sandwich, thinking "well, I don't crave a sandwich, I'll just get a nice tasty snickers with this!"

Sorry you can't sleep. I took a nap b/t about 5-7:30, but I feel moderately tired again. That is odd, too. Maybe I haven't been getting enough protein. Maybe I'm just really lazy like I always have been.

Good luck, sweetie. Maybe you should eat a bready cheesy garlicky thing soon. Maybe if you ate a big ol' fat yummy meal like that, it would help you sleep.

That's only happened at Burning Man.

I chose hugs. Bubble wrap was my favorite random thing, and in fact I hopped around on some just the other day. You know, the really big bubbles—so fun!, I lingered with the smell of baking bread, and if you said baking bread, combined with roasting coffee I would have chosen that, but my 3 year old gives great random hugs, and they are beautiful.

I bought some disgusting bread, too. I had a pb&j sandwich on it today, and it was horrible. And, y'know, I work at a deli, so I'm always surrounded by delicious bread ... It's like having a drug addict work in a meth lab.

So, wanna switch places? I'd rather be tired. Actually, I am tired, I just can't sleep. Good luck with that sandwich.

I'm going for a burger right after work, which will be in ... thirty minutes
just to celebrate the start of two weeks of vacation.

If dreaming about food isn't normal then I'm in real trouble...or welcome to my world

I obsess about food - I have a real problem - and hence my ever-growing weight problem. I know exactly what I need to do to overcome - it's the follow-through that's killing me. Those initial cravings when you start on a health kick.

You would have punched Bush right square in the face had he randomly grabbed you from behind.

I picked Kelly Clarkson. Just to be a nerd.
