Your Picks for Stevie's 2006 "Best Of" Album - Page 2

If we are EXTREMEMLY lucky maybe we'll get a live track of her as a bonus with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra or the one song she supposedly wrote after Katrina but even that's unlikely.

The songs I think will appear on this Best Of album...

1. Bella Donna
2. Edge of Seventeen
3. Wild Heart
4. Stand Back
5. If Anyone Falls
6. Rock A Little (Go Ahead Lily)
7. Talk To Me
8. Long Way To Go
9. Desert Angel
10. Love Is Like A River
11. Trouble in Shangri-La
12. Sorcerer
13. Every Day
14. Planets of the Universe

I've selected 14 because Timespace had 14 songs, so i'm only going by that amount...it could be more, it could be less.

Okay, we all know I'm not going to buy this CD, but if I were the one compiling it, and I wanted to give consumers a good sense of Stevie's solo career and include a bunch of hits/singles but also throw in some wild cards, I think it'd probably go a little something like this:

1. Edge Of Seventeen (Live 1981)
2. Wild Heart
3. Talk To Me
4. Planets Of The Universe
5. After The Glitter Fades
6. Violet And Blue
7. Stand Back
8. Rooms On Fire
9. Stop Draggin' My Heart Around
10. Juliet (remixed, Hornsby's piano way up)
11. Blue Denim
12. Every Day
13. I Can't Wait
14. If Anyone Falls
15. Fall From Grace
16. Sleeping Angel

I laughed so hard when I read this that I cried. This would be the first album to sell zero copies with that track listing.

Add Jane to that and it's guaranteed to go platinum!

Well, I'll put down what I have on the best of Stevie cd I burned for myself.

1.Bella Donna
2. Kind Of Woman
3.EO17, live from the Box Set
4. How Still My Love
5.Leather And Lace
6.Outside The Rain
7.Forest Of The Black Roses
8.Blue Lamp
9.Gold And Braid
10.Enchanted
11.Standback
12.Beauty And The Beast
13.Talk To Me
14.Has Anyone Ever Written Anything For You
15.Battle Of The Dragon

I know #16 will probably rankle a few hairs here, but that's 79:46 out of 80 minutes, and I like it anyway.
