There was another major battle on here in 2001 over the many warped posts and vile PMS perpetrated by probably the most repellant Fleetwood Mac/Stevie troll ever and resulted in the Chit Chat forum being closed down for weeks.I usually don't get involved in too much bickering although it can be fun to read,but this particular creature was a different story and too much to pass up.

I got a lap top around '98-'99 and knew about this place and would visit off and on. I never did post cuz I didn't think I had enough FM knowledge at the time....plus I was a high school geek at the time and studied a lot.

I didn't start "posting" until 2002....but it was on Nancy's board.

I officially joined The Ledge in 2003, right after LIB to share my experience...been here ever since....and have made awesome friends...on and off the board.

I started posting here I think around the second leg of the SYW tour or around there sometime. Before that I used to read the newsgroups and the message boards on AOL. Those boards are pretty dead now.

If you go to member's list.

Click Search.

Click Advanced Search.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and change "By Name" to "Join Date" you can see the order of how ppl joined The Ledge.

So, they're pissed off that they were banned from this site, so they go and create their own site where they only let in certain people and can ban whomever they want?
