Sorry about that, Jill. My mom has run into that when trying to buy medicine and it's ridiculous.

That is f**king retarded. I've seen birth control locked up and I thought that was really stupid. What if somebody is too embarassed to ask somebody who works there to get it for them? They get knocked up or worse? Stupid. They should be passing that sh*t out. I hope your son is better.

Yep, I noticed today that The Trojans were locked up at the local Kmart. Never mind being shy to ask for them try finding a clerk. I had that problem with the locked up DVDs at the same store.

WOW. This is the weirdest thing I've ever heard. Where do you people live? Granted, I'm hardly ever sick. But to not be able to easily purchase over the counter medication just amazes me. Sorry to hear this.

I hope you managed to get what you need and take care of your child.

When I went to CVS to buy cold medicine for Sara, I had the damndest time finding it. Then, I found these little plastic cards all hanging up where the shelves should have been. So, you take the little plastic card to the pharmacist, and they get it for you. Then, you sign a paper stating that you bought the ****. Whatever....

I'm in the midwest, and I'm willing to say some of the others are too. There's a big problem with the meth heads here. So, they make it hard on everyone else because 1% of people in the midwest have a meth problem.

I was behind a lady at the grocery store that was trying to purchase some Kotex...well, he couldn't get them to scan and he said "Ma'am, do you remember the price on this?" and she looked like she wanted to crawl under the table...he hesitated like he was about to ask for a price check and I was like, aww hell to the no...I tried to hold back a giggle and then she was like "um, I think 2.99" and he was like "perfect" - she looked so relieved...

lol that **** is never as cheap as $2.99 unless she got a 4 pack.

that's one thing i have a major problem with... females NEED this stuff, and they charge an arm and a leg for it... most normal sized (not travel sized) boxes of either pads or tampons are over $5... i mean, what the hell? it's like condoms.. they should be either giving them out, or they should be super cheap... but what are we gonna do about it? stage a protest and bleed on the floor?
