This is certainly one of my favorites on SYW. The media have become whores to the elite. It is not liberal or conservative, only an indiscriminate prostitute. It'll put itself out there to whoever will pay. Yes, Murrow would be turning over in his grave. This child certainly went wild. The only gripe I have is the MSCAE part. Sheryl Crow had the guts to indentify a spade as a spade with that Wal Mart line. She even had her record banned at the store, yet she survived that. If only Lindsey had more back bone, then the song would be more indicting.

Perhaps. It could have even been Warner's lawyers having nothing to do with promotion, just nervous about everything lawyers are usually nervous about. Perhaps one day we'll find out if he ever used the real initials at any point in the songs incarnation.

Stumble on your long, pretentious words and play the same three note lick repeatedly for upwards of two minutes straight and I think you've got it.

Just that particular album, as far as I know. Wal-Mart also won't sell albums labeled with the "Parental Advisory" sticker, any Garbage albums, or "America: The Book". They're ridiculous and their business practices prevent me from shopping there, anyway.

They hurt communities, and the whole country, more than they help it. Who gives a s*** if Wal Mart supports the local softball team and gives them a new field. They could use that money to give their employees a better wage.
