She was supposed to do that for TISL too, we had tickets but we know what happened there

Wink

Had a chance to see the Mac on "The Dance" tour and didnt go. I wasn't that into them at the time...I had only heard "Silver Springs" from the album. Late that year near Christmas I just went Mac-nuts...I've been kicking myself ever since.

The only other group I wish I had seen is Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers...but he is still touring so I may catch him eventually.

Cher's farewell tour
Madonna's Reinvention tour

And I wish I had become a Stevie fan sooner so I could have seen the TISL tour...

Truthfully, the Cher Farewell Tour was pretty lame. I really like Cher, but she did so many costume changes and took FOREVER to come back on stage. You'd get super excited while she did three songs or so and then she'd disappear while they basically played the entire Silkwood film! Then, she'd come back out and you'd get excited again and she'd disappear again. Eventually, we just stopped getting excited. She kept pointing at me in the audience though. So, that was cool! She looked great too. But honestly, don't be too devastated about missing that one. Beh.

I feel so bad I missed that show. I wanted to go but the seats were like $400 a pop and I had just seen Fleetwood Mac multiple times, so it wasn't really in the cards. Oh well, hopefully she'll tour again.

And I thought Stevie changed her clothes too much... Seriously, I get peeved that Stevie does five songs and then leaves for five minutes, so I guess I would have been annoyed with Cher too.

You would have gone mental then. Stevie's clothes changes were WAY faster. You pretty much had time to go for dinner between costume changes with Cher!

Plastic melts. She needed time away from the bright lights of the stage before her forehead started to sweat down her face.

Garbage in Cleveland
The Pixies in Pittsburgh
Aimee Mann in Pittsburgh, for FREE -_-

That's about it. I had the opportunity to go to each of these gigs, but something always came up at the last minute.
