Well the guy ate McDonalds EVERYDAY for EVERY MEAL, of course hes going to have catastrophic health things happen to him. Most people Dont do that. I dont think having fast food once twice or even three times a week will do much harm to you, as long as you exercise.

Do you really think the people that go to McD's several times a week are exercising regularly? I don't. I know when my parents were taking me there once or twice a week, they sure as hell weren't (and still aren't.)

I liked Super Size Me, even if it was a bit didascalic, IMO. Definitely McDonalds is dangerous but what about Spurlock's girlfriend? I doubt many people would become vegeterians after having seen how bossy and intolerant you can become.

About Kyra Sedgwick, I hope this new show would arrive in Italy, I've always considered her a great, underrated actress

A bit distorted. Another guy ate the same things the guy in the film did - To show the distortion , and he didn't gain the weight. Genetics at it again. No, it's not the healthiest, but don't believe as absolute everything they put out there.

I gotta say - I totally boycotted McDonalds after seeing SuperSize Me But sadly - I caved recently

When that craving for a Quarter Pounder W/Cheese hits I'm a goner

Anyway - I don't eat there everyday - not even once a month - and I exercise so I refuse to beat myself up about what I eat anymore

The Quarter Pounder W/ Cheese was created by Satan himself to tempt me. It is wonderfully delicious, despite its grossness.

Damn. That is like the perfect hangover food. I used to get those all the time, well a couple times a month that is. But I just feel gross after so I usually get something smaller, like a regular cheeseburger now. But a QP would be yummy today, I was out last nite. I think I might go for meatball sub instead tho. Mmmm...

Indeed. Reminds me of a friend's Mother..she has chain smoked three packs of menthols a day for 40 years. Had a body scan and full checkup. Had the lungs of 20 year old non smoker. Go figure.

But, like the size 2, not exactly an endorsement to mimic her behavior.

Hmm... my grandmother used to say her doctor said stuff like that to her but we just assumed she was lying cuz she's a bit of a nut. Do you think your friend's Mom was telling the truth?

She generally isn't a nut, and it was the family doctor....she's a lush too. And healthy as a friggin ox.
