Any encounters with strange/weird/otherworldly/Unexplained?

I saw 3 UFO's, let's just say off the coast of Africa, in July 1997, two distinctly different types, two of them for sure used some type of anti-gravity system... Four things struck me about them.. 1) they made no sound 2) the faster they went the whiter they got (from a translucent orange) 3) they could stop, turn, climb and descend at speeds of acceleration no standard aircraft or pilot could cope with, I'm talking 300 feet to maybe 30,000 feet in about 4 seconds... (it was a very clear sky that night) 4) they made regular aviation traffic look stupid and virtually at a standstill..

My buddy and I watched them from 10:30pm until 5:45am and I've watched regular air force aircraft from secure military bases before so I know what I saw.. I don't particularly care if they were development craft, stealth weapons or even alien but they were very impressive...

thats a detail I forgot, that the UFO my whole family saw, did an instant disappearing act....I wonder what the light beams were all about...that was pretty intense...

Again - SO jealous - I have always wanted to see a UFO, have a close encounter or be abducted by Aliens

Seriously - that subject matter fascinates me to no end...I LOVE hearing these kinds of stories
