I haven't read half of them, I have no desire to see who's staying where or where they're sitting, and if you had read my initial post in this thread, you would have quite obviously seen that I suggested merging some of them, and possibly deleting the dupes, in order to make it cleaner and easier to navigate. But if that's too much, I gladly volunteer my hand to help moderate.

I think those of us that are going are just really excited and haven't been worrying about the threads snowballing. Seriously, this is the only Stevie news/event in a long time so it is only natural that 90% of the threads have to do with Vegas.

In the Say You Will era most of the threads had to do with the SYW tour on the Fleetwood Mac board. There were concert reveiws, digital pictures, setlist speculations, etc permeating the board... Same thing, sort of.

I'm not going to merge or delete any of the Vegas threads unless it's at the request of the users who created them.

I can just imagine the backlash if any of the moderators here took it upon themselves to start deleting threads just because they were "redundant."

I think it's a bit different when you delete dupe threads that have no responses, but it's your call and your board. At this point, it's just as hard to navigate the Stevie Nicks board as it would be to navigate the open ocean if I were blind and unable to swim. If you don't think any of the points that have been brought up here are valid, whatever.

Personally, I think it's a plot to get me off of the Nicks board for good...

Well, you did suggest deletion of dupes, which definitely borders on it - or at least would to the over-sensitve souls who saw their carefully crafted posts go the way of the dodo.

Maybe Diss has a point, Johnny. Is it possible to create a "folder" of sorts in the Stevie forum with all the Vegas threads in one spot. It would make it easier for those that have no interest in Vegas (like Dissention) to skip over it and people (like me) who want all the Vegas info they can get to find it faster. So all the threads would stay in tact and remain active just in a seperate folder, is that a possibility?
