Volume and because anyone with a computer can send an email, you don't have to be a constituent. Your chances are greater if you send a letter though regular mail.

Make sure to include your address so they know you are a constituent. This is happening this week so no time for snail mail now. Fax is the best way to go.

I usually include my phone number, too, so they can see my area code.
