From what Stevie told me in Camden, it's already in the works. So I don't think we'll have to wait too long.....

I totally agree about Ryan Adams (I''m sure he would be would be amazed about working with Stevie! and Rick Rubin is an interestesting choice - but, i know he seems to push and challenge people - which is what i think Stevie needs, and is capable of producing!)
Stevie neds to stop choosing the safe Rock producers (like John Shanks/Sheryl -even though i think they did a good job on TISL!) I think her voice is so great that she could meet these challenges and produce some really amazing stuff, Just to mention, though, Ryan adams is another performer who is largely influnced by Country music, so that is a thing they have in common!! (As well as the Whiskytown version of Dreams, of course!!) Dave |

![]() I don't think it'll take Stevie years to finish and release her next album. 'Street Angel' and 'Shangri-La' had somewhat unusual circumstances behind their delays, but all previous solo albums were released in a pretty timely fashion (especially when Mac albums and tours are taken into consideration). Even the 3.5 year gap between 'Rock A Little' and 'Mirror' was due to the 'RAL' tour, which was spread out over the better part of seven months, the Betty Ford stint, the promotion of 'Tango' and the world tour that followed (which was spread out over 1987 and 1988), and then the promotion of 'Greatest Hits.' So when you figure that the gaps (how ever long they may be) between Stevie's releases are historically filled by a tour for the previous solo album, the recording of a Mac album, a tour for said Mac album, and then of course more solo recording, the length of time is really to be expected. I don't think it's going to be an extremely long wait between now and the release of Stevie's next album. My previous prediction of late 1st-quarter/early 2nd-quarter 2005, is definitely being optimistic. But I'd be surprised if the next album isn't in our hands by the end of next year. ![]()

That show was awesome, I only thought i would be front row at concord, but someone "arranged" front row for me in San Jose, and also, that was the day before my 30th b-day, so it was like an extra special treat... ![]()

I thought it was great; I cried during "Sara." Were you dressed up like Stevie, or no? I'm glad the show was an extra treat for you! |

Which just luckily happened to be Stevie-esque. But did you see how some of the people were decked out? with the hat, and the big layers (I hate big layers, they just chub me out). plus, I have dark brown hair... How about you? (sorry I don't know if you're a girl or boy)

I'm a boy, and I didn't dress up like Stevie or Lindsey or anyone. BUT in the future? I have my eye on a Fleetwood Mac belt buckle from the '70s, am going to get a pair of bellbottoms from a place in Pasadena among other stuff. I'm white, about 5'7", brown hair, blue eyes, pale skin...Guess I'd be most like Lindsey... |

I would totally love a Fleetwood Mac belt buckle! oooohhh, you have to get it! You sound cute, i like brown hair and blue eyes! And, you do not remember me, no way! (did i look cute? ) My hair was up in two buns, if you really think it was me. Also, I was dancing (bouncing) almost the whole time. You don't already have bell bottoms? I'm glad you think being a Cancer is awesome - I don't love it, but i can say this, if you're in theater, you're probably good. I was good, but that's beside the point. We can understand very subtle emotional things, and we have the most expressive eyes. BTW - Meryl Streep, Tom Cruise, Tom Hanks, Robin Williams, Harrison Ford, Josh Hartnett, Cathy Bates, Angelica Huston...and some other people - are all Cancers. I, personally, think Cancer boys are better off than the girls, so you go boy!!! Don't you just sometimes wish (I don't know how big a fan you are, but...) that you were around for earlier f-mac? I do, I got a late start...Oh, and I cried twice, once at each show, when Lindsey came in on the harmony of Beautiful Child... but the harmony was so beautiful.... Much love,Amber
