You're in for a treat! I've been a fan since the 80's and caught my first show a year or so ago on "The Summer of Love" tour. Ann's voice just blows my socks off.
What I wouldn't give to be able to sing like that.

My show was the beginning leg of the tour and they didn't do Magic Man or Alone. I was relieved they released the Alive in Seattle, I didn't miss out after all.

Me: (about to wet myself!) Shut up! Are you sure?

Girl: Yeah, go for it! Have fun!

So, five minutes later I'm standing in line with the girl's other friends who have passes and trying not to freak out because I forgot to bring my Dreamboat Annie LP...It turns out that someone in the group is friends with Ann Wilson's personal assistant and received tickets to the show and passes. Fifteen minutes pass by and we're still waiting to go backstage. Apparently, whoever issued the passes had to personally come to the door and escourt you to the party. Well, after some phone calls, it was discovered that the assistant to Ann had to stay on the tour bus and watch Ann's kid because he fell asleep..so, unfortunately, this meant that the assistant couldn't come and get us... I was extremely disappointed and upset, to say the least. I then went to look for my friends and explained the bad news. My friend Lorie brought up a good point and said, "Well, at least it wasn't Fleetwood Mac. You'd probably be in jail or detained right now for trying to get backstage anyway." Anyway, I was thrilled for the 15 minutes that I thought I was going to meet them Heart rocks!

um, I actually just wanted to say i really like your sig, it was funny...sucks about the backstage thing. If it had been me at Mac with the same situation, they would have had to call security to escort the weeping, wailing girl from the premises...

i think i forgot to mention in my review

they came out after the encore and started MAGIC MAN, and stopped, and the whole band , ann and nancy and all got cans of silly string and sprayed the drummer and the drums from head to toe...ann told us it was his birthday and they have to do that sometimes lol...so he cleaned up, the drum tech cleaned the drums and they resumed lol
