IMO she should make this a priduction number a la Cher. She should sing the first don't you know belt direclty at LB and the second directly at and while pointing to the audience. It would send the place to the stratosphere IMO

She could come out with this long, schnazzy wig and be sitting on the top of a lion, too.

A disco ball could be lowered from the ceiling and with the very last "Don't you knoooooooooooowwwwwwww?!" the music and the lights would stop completely and the disco ball would explode, releasing glitter and streamers all over the stage.

Wow.

The problem doing EFO live, which is noted a little in the DR documentary, is that there's that immediate change in vocal from "She's done it a thousand times" to "When love starts out..." I don't think they know how to handle the transition, although it could be simple really. Either have LB sing the intro (it's low enough for him to sing) or, as I had thought before, they should just play the studio vocal of the intro in the background and then go into her singing live at "When love starts out." However, I don't think they'll do that...so it just leaves LB singing the intro, which shouldn't be much of a problem. I hope they add it, but I won't hold my breath.

We already can bet it's not going to be the Mirage version. I don't want to hear it in it's current form.

I don't think BC will be dropped. It's gotten a lot of press and the audiences LOVE it. BC is the Silver Springs of this tour IMO.

Agreed, not to mention the SYW version's chorus would be one interesting sound live.

Sharon and Jana could pick up part of the vocals so that Stevie will be able to properly transition into the next verse. I've actually thought about it and it appears to be possible.

Jason---if you got my hopes up for nothing, we're throwin' down in Atlanta!

They could also change how they play it, so there is a pause there. For instance, later in the song, it's sung a little differently with plenty of time to transition. THey could have hear singing the verse, then a big building up with drums for about a measure a la Stand Back, then she shoots back in with "When love starts out in the darkness..."

I certainly hope they do it!

That's what I could see them doing, adding a pause.

And I hope they do it just so you can have a new version to play in your car next time you drive through Phoenix, Nancy.

Well, it could play out this way, they play it opening night when I am on like third the row and then they drop it one week later in Atlanta, when you'll be there. So. . .

My luck, they'll drop it right before they go to Atlanta As long as one of us gets to see it and reports back to the other, I suppose it's all good

They had better not drop Eyes of the World and Come. That's all that matters. As long as they have those 2 songs, I'm happy.

I can see them dropping Peacekeeper, as that song is waaaaaaaaaaaay overplayed. I also have a feeling that Say You Will, Say Goodbye (I have no clue why they even considered playing a song with that title in the middle of the show), What's the World Coming To, World Turning (or at least the vest solo), and Goodbye Baby will also get the axe.

If anyone noticed, "You Make Loving Fun" was also on that board of 3x5 cards during the Destiny Rules doc.
