FAN CLUB - new mgmt moves in

I must say this club is already off to a good start...I have emailed them twice with questions, and gotten an in depth personal response within 20 minutes each time!

What address did you use to email them? I tried to ask for a tourbook instead of a calendar, since I already bought the calendar - the reply I got was a generic reply re: logging in problems.

I have had a hard time reaching them by email as well...maybe there is an email addy on the site. You cannot reach them by replying to their emails...it sends it to unsub you...wtf?

After I read about the new fanclub management and still being in seventh heaven after seeing the Mac on the European tour several times, I decided to join the fanclub as a platinum member at the beginning of December.

Well, since then... nothing! No fanclub T-shirt, no coupons, no letter, no nothing. I sent an email to both the fanclub and fanfire but have received no reply. Any other ledgies joined in the past few months and have you received anything???

I don't have mine either, and I haven't received a fanclub e-mail since before Christmas.

I have not received mine either but, I have heard from several ppl who have received theirs. They were not able to start mailing them til 1-16, so they should be to you soon. I think there has been some major behind the scenes cleaning, maybe? I don't know why the delays but, this mgmt company is really top notch and I cannot imagine that we are not gonna all be happy once it is all running the way that it should have been from the start. It is probably easier to start one that to try to step into one that you cannot piece together, if that is the issue. Hang on guys!!

I do know the stuff is being sent out in accordance to WHEN you joined...so the first people who joined get theirs first..after all old members get their stuff...the new joiners will be receiving theirs...I still have not received my calendar or letter...but I did not join till March of 03

I think that my membership is number 25, I was the 25th person to join, and I have not received mine...but, I have one. I had bought one. I guess that I will use one and save one. I have never opened the one that I bought.
