BTW, The Ledge? I thought it was just Lindsey singing on that. He made it in his bathroom at home I believe.
I love that...I wish they would have recorded it because it's red hot

As far as The Ledge is concerned, i'm like, 100% certain Lindsey and Stevie are singing on it. Give it another listen and focus on the backing vocals. It's Stevie

So, "buy another fixture?" I guess a fixture for the bathroom?

I would go crazy if I heard 'The Ledge' live, that would be excellent.

I would want them to sing...
'Red Rover'
'Thrown Down'
'Angel
'All my sorrow'
'I don't want to know'
'Acoustic Gypsy'
'Long Distance Winner'
'Stop Draggin my heart around'
'Walk a thin line'
'Leather and Lace' (ha like they would ever sing this song together)
'Say Goodbye'
'Rhiannon' (with Stevie on piano and Lindsey on guitar)
'Save me a place'

and the entire album of tusk...

I never thought Stevie was on The Ledge.
But now that I think of it, this is the song that Murrow reminds me of. I couldn't put my finger on it before. The vocal style, the pace.

I can almost swear I hear her unless he's messing around with his own vocals like he does and making them sound like her. The aboooooouuuut at the very end certainly does sound like her. Anyone know for certain??

Yep, it does sort of remind me of Murrow.

*SPLAT!* *toilet flushes* Bye, bye, Jake the fly. Somehow, I don't think the room would have been big enough for both you and Lindsey. He'd have squashed your ass for buzzing in his ear...

I hear Stevie on 'The Ledge'... I don't think Lindsey is messing with his voice because it sounds just like her...

I've never heard Stevie on this and still don't. Lindsey did a slight voice modultaion. You compare that sound, which sounds totally homegnous, to other songs where they harmonise, and there's two very different timbres of oice. Here his voice has just been moved up to a Stevie pitch. Whether he did this deliberately I don't know. It would be nice to imagine that Stevie would have been onvolved with that song but I'm afriaid I doubt it. Bathroom job all round

Now, That's ENough For Me, on the other hand... clearly recorded in the kitchen..

Yeah...on the "you can love me baby but you can't walk out" part...there's Stevie in the background.

If I'd have written a song on "Rumours"? How about "You want a what?", or "We should have had a Pre-Nup". (John McVie)

I used to think that it was Stevie...but then I came to know Lindsey's voice better and the things that he's done with it over the years. And I'm CONVINCED that it's just Lindsey. There's no doubt in my mind.

Regardless of whether or not Stevie is on the studio version of "The Ledge" (because we may never know!), I'm pretty sure they rehearsed for the Tusk tour. So there is some precedent for the two of them performing it!

My votes would go to: Gypsy, Sara, Crystal, Red Rover, Steal Your Heart Away, Thrown Down, and of course my old fav Landslide...

I just hope they break from the SYW tour mold and bust out with an eyepopper!

I can hear Stevie as clear as day on The Ledge. It's one of the best tunes on Tusk, too!

I'd absolutely die if they did Crystal. It's one of the best tunes out there, period. To see the two of the them onstage doing it would bring tears to my eyes. Anyways, I'd love these songs:

The Ledge
Crystal
Storms (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Oh Diane
Edge of 17
Soul Drifter

Hear Is What I think Lindsey Will Do...Realistically :

Peacekeeper
Trouble
Landslide
Gypsy
Say Goodbye
Say You Will
What's The World Coming To?
Tusk
Go Your Own Way
Never Going Back Again
Eyes Of The World
Big Love
Go Insane

If they were both in that bathroom, they would have sung "counting on my fingers, counting on your toes".

they don't, so i think "they" are lindsey and his voicetoys.

I'd like them to do the ledge, though.
and I don't want to know,
without a leg to stand on,
say goodbye,
red rover,
save me a place,
wtwct,
big love,
beautiful child,
landslide,
i know i'm not wrong
