Im a fast typist so I can voulenteer my services if anyone needs them to create stuff for any potential website. I know some minor HTML.

Great idea! I did not join the F.C. however, Im just a disgruntled "banned" forum minion.

Ms Linds has had a really hard time getting onto the board and asked me if I would post this info for her.

As the credit card company was told by Todd/Sabremark that we were issued memebership cards that stated no refunds, etc, it puts this into another arena...one of the US Postal Inspector. When you use the USMail to perpetrate a fraud, be it to take money, to send an item, etc., then you have other recourse.

I have not looked into this avenue as he didn't use the mail, and I was thinking that he would have had to but, she did say that you could. It bears looking into. Here is her pm to me so that you can do this:

"1-800-372-8347 US postal inspector phone number

The United stated Postal Inspector
If sabermark is claming he mailed membership cards
out he did not.That is postal fraud and afelony.
Could you please pass this information on.
The postal inspector will mail out forms to be filled
out so they investigate it."
