NYC Show (Town Hall)

I have emailed the venue and gotten no response, called the recorded hotline which still lists shows from March, and called NYC Ticketmaster which handles the Town Hall's tickets, which has no record of a scheduled performance by him.

@Nickslive emailed them the other day and they apparently confirmed he is playing there... I guess this venue is just really not on the ball??? Very odd and worrying! I'm at a loss as to who else I can ask, lol, so guess I will wait and see.

Well, I do have a theory. They announce these things by season and give their supporters first crack at tickets. So, maybe, those are the tickets going on sale as of today. And us peons have to wait another week or so?

I'm not thrilled about it, either. But, I guess if I forked over thousands, I'd want first crack at something, too;-)

(Hopefully, they don't know or care who he is and leave those tickets alone).

Regina, good point... That sounds like the Hamilton, ON show on the Gift of Screws tour. Brutal. All of the center section was reserved for members (or just given to season ticket holders whether they knew/cared who he was or not...grr), they sat there the whole evening, and the few real fans able to get tickets were relegated to the side sections! The member sale/ticket-giving had already happened when the "presale" took place. Maybe Lindsey's site screwed up and listed today as the regular onsale date by mistake, instead of waiting for the "peon" date.

Sucky, but yeah, as you said, I guess they have to get something for their thousands.

(Vote #2 for them not caring and leaving the tickets alone!)

I just looked at his site. I don't see ANY dates on there. A small article about the tour and a video. That's it. Maybe they are updating or something. Or, maybe the website is now being run by Stevie's people;-)

I have an Amex card but $116?! I'd really like to get GOOD seats since I've been spoiled with Lindsey shows but I guess I will be going for the cheaper ones, since I was planning on buying one for my friend for her birthday. I didn't even spend that much on FM for one of the MSG shows!
