Thumbs up My version of Aug.30,1978...

Baton Rouge, LA contains no apparent blips/gaps between track transitions, So it's more than likely not mp3 sourced (Helpful hint-If a recording has gaps/blips between track transitions it is more-than-likely MP3 sourced).

Wished a pristine DAO recording of the Nov.6,1979 show would appear, But each version I have heard contain the same errors/cuts on tracks...Hopefully the one posted on easytree 'may' be the one.

I'll have to check my Baton Rouge when I get home for the blips or gaps... Thanks for the tip!

And yeah on St. Louis, they all seem to have the same cuts.

Nice to see another two shows posted tonight, hopefully these will be an improvement on the existing boots I have.

The Buckingham Nicks torrent is missing Sorcerer, too. I wonder if this is a common problem?

Tiff could tell you more about it, but I think she got a dupe of the master cassette of the soundboard, so the deal with her & Mike & Neil was no compression involved.

Somebody would have to wrestle Maureen to the ground & grab the master cassette out of her hands. She's the one who inserted all those cuts into the soundboards whenever she'd put them up for sale, so all circulating copies have the cuts. That was her modus operandi when she ripped CD-Rs of all of them. Hence the widespread hatred of her.

Why did she act this way?

I must get that St. Louis show since it is an improvement.

The Sioux City download is taking me forever. It will be one day since its been downloading at 10 tonight. there are only 2 seeders and about 8 leeches so it makes sense. I listened to a little preview, it sounds AMAZING. Must better than the Mp3 source posted.

I am interested to see if a full uncut version of St.Louis 79 has finally made it into circulation.

I'm not going to get my hopes up on the upgrade just yet... Man, this show is popular, there's 115 people leeching this show from one seeder. Tomorrow would actually be a better day to jump on this once those leechers become seeders themselves.

You do have it, Brian - it's another version of "Who's the New Girl" only they're missing different songs. Would it be blasphemous to patch the two shows together, I wonder?

Default ****!

WOW!
I am amazed out of my mind! Mp3's do suck ass! LOL. I just downloaded a copy of the St. Louis '79 show! The copy I have is MP3 and this on is lossless! AND IT IS WONDERFUL! Much better. They say the quality is A+ and damn right it is. Fresh and clear sounding!
Although I really DONT hate MP3's I will hate them when I trade though! I will still download and post them!
