Ha! Heart has an album by that same name.

Don't be too embarrassed Livs, I used to have a crush on David Cassidy when I was 9 .

God, I hate that song with every fiber of my being.

Oh, and Rick Springfield's Greatest Hits.

No way. You totally own things that are way more embarrassing than Rick Springfield.

I own Working Class Dog and am damn proud of it. When an album features "Love Is Alright Tonite" AND "Jessie's Girl" AND there is a dog in a business suit on the cover, you know you got yourself a classic right there, boy.

As for me... are we talking about albums that we currently own? Because, really, I don't feel embarrassed about anything I've got on my iPod right now. (This fact really ought to surprise no one.)

If we're talking about any album we've ever owned, I used to have the soundtracks to a bunch of different animated Disney movies on tape when I was younger. I loved that ****. Used to own the Titanic soundtrack, too. And Cats! What the hell was wrong with me? I think my grandparents took me to go see it one time, and my grandmother loved "Memory" and asked me to learn how to play it on the piano for her.

Actually, sticking with soundtracks, I think I'm fairly embarrassed to still own the Practical Magic soundtrack. Obviously I only bought it for one reason, but lord, do I feel shamed to own any CD that includes that goddamn "Coconut" song. Rot in hell, Nilsson.

Yeah, but doesn't it also have "A Case of You" on it? That's one of my favorite Joni Mitchell songs of all time.

I own 11 Harry Nilsson albums...and I LOVE the "Coconut" song. Not embarrassed at all.

The one I AM embarrassed about...the double LP, Bee Gees In Concert.

And, to a lesser extent of the embarrassment scale, I do own a couple of hundred LPs that would fall into the "70s Progressive Rock" category...Yes, ELP, The Nice, King Crimson, Kraftwerk, Nektar, Gentle Giant, Peter Gabriel-era Genesis, PFM, Triumvirat, Curved Air, Daryl Way's Wolf, Babe Ruth, Starcastle...and those are the ones that are fairly "known"...have many more that are even MORE obscure.

Ain't nothing wrong with Prog, so let your Prog freak flag fly!

I like several of the bands you mentioned: King Crimson, Yes, Gabriel era Genesis

listening to progressive rock, Dream Theater is my current choice...Wished newer bands in the US would be more open minded and more musically inclined (In other words, Try learning to solo on the guitar asstards)

Hell, Dream Theater toured with Yes in 2004 as Yes' special guests and many old-timers were suprised by DT musical prowess.

Gimme progressive rock & progressive metal and I am a happy guy!!!

When I think of that song I think of Randy Watson (Eddie Murphy) and the band Sexual Chocolate in "Coming To America" rather than Whitney's version.

"Sound Magazine" .... & it's a masterpiece.

Those of you who wonder what some Mac fans are talking about when they're talking about arrangements & production from Lindsey Buckingham should listen to the amazing Buckingham precedents set on "Sound Magazine" & it will become clear to you.

You know, I can't think of a single album or CD that I'm truly embarrassed to own. I'm a dork and proud of it.

That's it! I still have it...I scribbled all over Danny Bonaduce's face on the cover cuz I didn't like him. Still don't.

I think my second album was the Partridge Family - At Home w/ Their Greatest Hits. They had some pretty badass studio musicians playing on those albums. Although I didn't realize it, or care, at the time. David Cassidy...droooooooool..........

lol, I was just being snarky when I said that... considering I bought it on CD two years ago and still regularly listen to it.

Tie between the soundtrack to The Baby-Sitters Club movie and Speak by Lindsay Lohan.
