Aldo is evil...seriously. I went out today to look for a carry on bag. I only went to a few places but I did not see anything that I liked. I was looking for a purse at Kmart but I did not see anything but I did see a tote bag that I liked. I looked at it a bit closer and saw that it was an American Tourister and that it even had a luggage tag on the side. The best part was that it was marked down to $8.00. I bought it along with a few toiletries at Kmart. Now, I just need to get a small shoulder bag. I figure that I will take my tote bag and put my purse inside and put some important things like my contact lens stuff and battery chargers and put the bottles in the other small bag that I have. I will need to check that one in, however. This way I have just the tote and my camera bag on the plane with me.
I think that I will hit the mall after work tomorrow. I did not see any clothes that I liked anyplace so I will stick with what I have. I forgot that I bought a dress at Target the end of last year that I never wore.

Here is the dress that screams for pointed toe heels. What other option do I have? Sandals? Wedges? Espadrilles? HELP!

Actually, I hate pointy toed shoes, myself, so...and regular heels aren't my friends either. Are you trying to get comfy shoes, or dress up, only walk for a minute shoes?

if you're wearing your hair down, pointy toes with an ankle strap.

if you're wearing your hair up, i'd get black strappys, not too strappy... one across your toes and then an ankle strap. very flirty.

you've already got your 'pose' down... and is that a ginormous dog at your feet?

. Yeah, I forgot to mention Bubba (my big, beautiful brindle Boxer boy) sleeping on the floor in the pic.

I'm thinking high pony tail with this dress. Of course, a hair cut may change that idea real quick. Haven't had a trim in months & I really need to hack a bunch off.

I may stop at AJ Wright before work today & check out the shoe situation.

I just got 4 and a half inches cut off of this mess of hair today! Now I just have to color it.

Is A J Wright a good place for shoes and things? I ask because there was one in the same plaza that I went to yesterday and I skipped it.

Well, I did get my tote bad yesterday and I got a kind of cute small purse at Filene's this evening. It looks kind of Vegas. I just hope that my cell and camera both fit inside.
I doubt that anyone is not going to see me coming from the airport with these.

AJ is hit & miss. Sometimes I find all kinds of great stuff, other times it's all crap.

Mainly shoes & bags. The clothes are pretty disorganized, IMO.

Yeah, I went in there once and I walked right out. I might try it again to look for a purse or something but never for clothes. I went to the mall yesterday and I just did see any clothes that I liked at all. I guess I will just dig up what I already have.

OK, I went to Wal-Mart today. I got a few shirts and things. I picked up a 2 piece bathing siut. The bottom half is going back. I think that I might just keep the top and wear a pair of shorts because I don't plan on going in the pool anyway.

I need to look around the house more. I found a pair of white Reeboks that I had never ever worn before. I think that I will take those with me.

Here is a pic of the top.

EDIT: On second thought. I just might take the top back. I don't plan on being poolside for long if at all, anyway.
