FX has decided that once was not enough for its new series "Dirt" and "The Riches."

The cable network has picked up both shows for a second season after they delivered ratings in line with some of FX's veteran shows. Both are scheduled to return sometime next year.

And Variety reported that Nip/Tuck would be back "sometime in the fall."

I caught the first 2 episodes on Damages last night (apparently they rerun them on My Network or whatever they're calling the former WB thses days.) What a crazy f*cking show that is. It's fabulous. Glenn Close is superb (as if I expected anything different.) I'm so intrigued & confused & scared & excited at the same time, I must contiune watching. But it will be tough - it's very obvious that you really need to see every ep in order to have the slightest clue wth is going on. I'll be setting the Tivo for this one.

Yeah, just two shows so far. I haven't seen this week's episode yet. First runs are Tuesdays at 10 pm on FX.

I had forgotten how great Glenn Close is! She's magnificent in this show.
