A) I seriously believe BC is NOT gone, the previous votes come from ALL previous rounds. Go look at the RE-DO of Tusk Song Survivor and find out for yourself.

B) IF and it's a big IF., BC is in fact gone, I should still get to choose what gets immunity, if not BC then something else

Would you have us ignore the fact that Jacob miscounted, and as a result the whole thing is once again in disarray? I know it's inconvenient, but shouldn't we set it straight?

WELL I Know why Jake miscounted. I counted the same thing as him actually with BC having 13 and TEFM having 14. Serrat voted TWICE. I kept going over and over and kept getting 14, becasue it's not obvious at all that Serrat voted twice. I don't even know if they knew they did, but they did.


AND if Jake counted the last vote after 9 PM it'd be back up to 14. AND 77Rumours themselves didn't vote so maybe he casted a silent vote.

And I'm not going to choose another song unless Jake makes a ruling. I say we just halt the game until he does.

In his own words. And notice he uses the word in the plural sense, rounds. That's how it's always been done on Survivor. So every vote, in every round counts for a song, in case of a tie.

Wow, yet another instance when a Lindsey song gets booted, and the results are immediately called into question. Recounts are demanded. Rule verification is required. Soon we'll have to start a FOURTH new thread for the same album.

Is there something wrong with my monitor, or am I seeing a pattern here?
