Stevie Nicks: The Unauthorized Story of the Singer and Songerwriter (Barnes & Noble)

I can't believe that anyone can sell a book that is created from wikipedia articles. Surely to sell books (even as an editor or publisher) you have to have some sort of creative input into the process. Basically copying articles on the net and binding them into a book is getting pretty low, selling them is really hitting the bottom of the barrel.

Do a search for her other "edited" books and you'll see that Noelle Marin just seems to love binding together articles to sell.

According to the Amazon review:

Project Webster represents a new publishing paradigm, allowing disparate content sources to be curated into cohesive, relevant, and informative books. To date, this content has been curated from Wikipedia articles and images under Creative Commons licensing, although as Project Webster continues to increase in scope and dimension, more licensed and public domain content is being added. We believe books such as this represent a new and exciting lexicon in the sharing of human knowledge.

Damn it why didn't I think of this idea, maybe I can print out the postings of the Ledge and sell them as a book?
