JTIS that I'm excited that today is a half day in school AND I dont have to work <3 But after school I'll be going to our beauty warehouse to get some stuff for a couple friends....50% off Joico, Paul Brown, hair styling tools, brushes, china glaze and OPI nail polish, and obviously much more is very appealing to my friends lol

Every time I see IYD written anywhere, I read it as IUD and am momentarily appalled until I realize what it really says.

I still can't get over VD being used for Valentine's Day, and STD being used for Save the Date. To me, they still stand for Venereal Disease, and Sexually Transmitted Disease. Oh and every time I see someone posting about going to MSG, I think they're going to a Chinese restaurant.

Oh... so THAT'S what you were talking about! We used STD at my last job as an acronym for Short Term Disability. I'd snicker every single time I got a memo reminding me: "You have built up 245 days worth of STD..."
