So I must vent. I met an awesome guy at the club a few weekends ago. We spent a good time talking and some drunk woman was fawning over us. Well she was clearly ready for bed. But he said "I think she wants us to make out (to which I chuckled) and I flatly refused. Well fast forward. I found out he was a 2 time emmy nominee and voted best looking guy in his field. Well I was already swooned by him as it were... Guess I missed my mark. Well fast forward again... I haven't heard from him since. Well I think I will listen to 'Beautiful Stranger' now

Potentially an infinity mark on my left ring finger because I desperately need to remind myself that I am the only person who will love myself forever.

Too bad a bunch of artists say it'll look like **** in a few years. Ugh.

There's a married guy at work that I'm pretty sure wants me. I've noticed a longing look in his eye pretty much every time he talks to me. Plus, he gave me his phone number (he said that he gave it to everyone, but I have my doubts).

He's a slightly older (maybe 40-ish), slightly bearish daddy type, but a geeky daddy, if that makes sense. Honestly, if I wasn't in a relationship, I'd probably hit it.

I had a super day today. Me and My friend kicked ass in our presentation. Emma was so nervous she had to go to the bathroom three times in about ten minutes, bless her. But, it went ridiculously well and we got some really excellent feedback and comments from the Teacher, so that's great. I have my life back; I no longer have to sacrifice hours of every day working on this sodding presentation. We were supposed to be in a group of three, but the other girl never showed up and has been ducking our calls / texts / emails, so we've had to do extra work. It totally paid off though, so I've had a smile on my face all day

I hear ya. My parents think Rachel is a friend from college. I can't tell them that she's my girlfriend because my Mum is a big mouth and will tell my Gran. I'd rather an A bomb landed on the village than than happening. Yet I'm open about it with some friends and online.

Last night, Rach came round for a bbq and I mentioned that I was going to a house party tomorrow at a friend called Joe's. My parents went on to have a massive conversation about how he was totally my boyfriend. Then they decided that I'd tell them if he was my boyfriend. She and I just sat there going gradually redder. It was AWFUL.

Funny thing is, I never even tried hiding it either, but when I came out to my friends they were all like "OMG SO SUPRISING THOUGHT YOU WERE JOKING" As for my family I figure they don't even need to know unless I get a boyfriend, with girlfriends they can just assume I'm straight and be done with it. That's fine by me really, but I wonder if they've even noticed the Adam Lambert and Adam Levine posters in my room

Boy, I'm so glad I don't have to deal with all of that anymore. It's just so much less stressful to me to just be upfront with everyone about who I am. There was definitely an adjustment period when I came out to my family. But it's wonderful now that that's over. I've been taking my boyfriends to meet my parents for years... we stay over at their house in my old room, I drag all my gay friends to meet my parents and party at their lake house, etc. Now, my Mom and her crazy biker friends are sad when I visit and DON'T bring my entire gay posse! Yeah, coming out was a tough pill to swallow at first, but now that I've been out for a decade, life is so much better than when I kept hidden who I was .

That I never thought Hair School would have so much DRAMA!!! I'm not in any of the drama but everyone elses drama is stressing me out!!!

Anyway, nothing special has been going on...just the same ole' stuff different day...But Friday I'm getting a tattoo and Saturday i'll be going to Ashland(my home town) to watch Ashley's dad do this duathalon...then go out to eat and drinks afterward

Well, my mom couldnt have cared less even though when I told her it took me like an hour to get the words out of my mouth. (too bad I dont take more care when putting things in my mouth, but thats another story!) ANyhoo, my dad was a cop so it was even harder with him. He was lukewarm at first but he grew to not care either which was a big relief for me! It's also really weird being gay and being a big sports fan. I know there are gay guys out there that like sports but they are few and far between it seems. My current bf does somewhat share my sports interest so that really helps.
