Good grief.

I'm sorry. I just never post over here anymore for these reasons. I had good intentions with my post, and immediately I'm pressured into giving a source
I don't want to step on anyone's toes over here, but it's not up to me to post the tracklisting, not until Stevie's camp reveals it. It seemed everyone was asking about New Orleans and I wanted to assure people that it did make the cut (as Dave confirmed). I have read this board for years and always visit, I'll just continue to be a lurked from here on out because my tone was intrepted wrong. Sorry for ruffling any feathers.

Thanks Rhiannon. It did make the cut. Trying to find out about some others too. At least some extra songs she recorded.

3. "In Your Dreams"
4. "The Ghosts Are Gone"
5. "New Orleans"

8. "Annabel Lee"
9. "Italian Summer
10. "Everybody Loves You
11. "Wide Sargasso Sea"
12. "You May Be The One"

not sure where Annabel Lee is set ..I'd say a mythical "kingdom by the sea" moreso than England.Poe is American by the way.

The book/movie that Wide Sargasso Sea is based on actually takes place in Haiti/the Dominican Republic.

Though it's probably too late now, while the person cannot provide a tracklist, they might be able to verify if the one on that website is wrong in other ways than just missing New Orleans... not even being specific, just saying if it's wrong (if it IS right, then she wouldn't be responsible for having given the goods). But oh well... doesn't much matter. How many days til drop?

Sorry you feel that way, but you must understand, most of us come to the Ledge to share up to the minute information, but there is usually some semblance of credibility to back it up. So whether or not your intentions were good and to inform, it's still a little frustrating to get unsubstantiated information and is to be taken with a grain of salt. Perhaps you work for Warners or know someone close to the project and have been lurking and want to protect something? But for me, it ultimately does not matter at this point because all will be revealed very soon anyhow - we're just days or weeks away from having the official track-list.

Understand, I'm not calling you or FM77 liars, I'm just venting about how your unverified information comes across to some of us. At Sunset Sessions in Feb, Stevie previewed the 1st 8 tracks from IYD, and the "New Orleans" song was not in that preview and certainly was not the 5th track played. So perhaps it was added at the last minute, or Stevie previewed certain songs out of sequence. Time will tell.

As mentioned earlier, "The ghosts are gone" is not the New Orleans song.

And the trackilst must be wrong because in San Diego she said Italian Summer was the second-to-last song on the album.

So, if I say that I know for a fact that the CD booklet includes Stevie's recipe for banana bread, then everyone should just believe me? I mean, really. Nobody knows you - why get all bent out of shape b/c I asked you how you knew this?

Ick.

My hunch is that these people are trying to protect their identities or are not at liberty to divulge too much information. I say, just accept the information given and do with it what you will.
