That's pretty close. I might have gotten the "0" and the "1"s wrong on the thumb part. Try playing it without those notes, then adding the thumb in on the A/E string.

Is Sisters Of The Moon intro kinda similiar?

Not really... Sisters is similar, but different. It's more picking notes than chords.

Btw, here's a version of Rhiannon (from the 1975 record) that I tabbed about about 5 or 6 years ago.
