Stevie interview in new Rolling Stone?

According to this article there is supposed to be Stevie interview in the "next" issue of "Rolling Stone", but I can't find any mention of a Stevie interview in the online version of the table of content for the new issue. Does anyone know which issue the interview will be in?

Her interview is supposed to be in the "George Bush" issue that just came out yesterday. I'm going to pick it up today, and i'll report back if i find the article.

I always have to go on a 45 minute train ride to Hamburg to get foreign magazines, so I thought I would ask if the interview is actually in the magazine before I embark on an unnecessary trip. ... the table of contents for the new issue on the RS website doesn't list anything relating to Stevie.

I went to the store today, and they still had last month's issue (Brad Pitt on the cover) out. So maybe it'll be out later this week/early next week.

I went to the store today to get a copy of the issue with the "alledged" Stevie interview in it, but for some reason they won't get it for another few weeks, I guess I'm going to have to get it from eBay. So is that interview actually there or isn't it?

Was just at the mall and went to the bookstore....the new RS w/ W. on the cover is out.....but Stevie was nowhere to be found....

Perhaps they are saving the interview till closer to the release of Soundstage and or beginning of the FM tour.

Too bad. :S Hope they will publish the interview at all, the little bit on the RS website was a nice read. ... Thanks for the info though ... I'm kinda hoping for a Fleetwood Mac cover story when the tour is getting closer.

I haven't seen the article either, but they were talking about it today on Mark and Brian's radio show. They said that Stevie wanted to set the record straight about Sheryl Crow joining Fleetwood Mac. She said that they had absolutely invited Sheryl to join the Mac because Stevie wanted another woman on the road. She also said that it was Sheryl who backed out after Stevie explained that it was like joining the army and Sheyrl thought against it since she had just adopted Wyatt. And then Brian was like, hey wait a minute, didn't Lindsey say, when he was here in the studio, that they had never talked to her? Then they made some jokes about what a shocker it was that Stevie and Lindsey did not see eye-to-eye on this matter. Then they remarked what a perfect little drama to launch the tour.

Anyway, that's not verbatim, just what I remembered them discussing on the radio. We should have a transcript soon, you guys are so good about that stuff.

Exactly.... wow, now their friends aren't playing along?? Come on, they've got to have something for publicity - God knows it isn't going to be any new music!

I hate the press release where they say that Stevie said she's looking forward to the new tour and the band still has chemistry. Why don't they quote what she actually said rather than summarize. It makes me think that she never even spoke, but just nodded her head when they asked her questions like, "Are you gelling?"

This is the one I mean:

"It has been five years since their last tour, but Stevie Nicks says that the chemistry is still strong among the members of Fleetwood Mac. She says that they are gelling as they prepare for their Unleashed tour and that the magic is still there. The group -- which these days consists of Nicks, Mick Fleetwood, Lindsey Buckingham and John McVie -- said last month that they were going on tour for the first time since 2003. Now they have announced new dates that include Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas and Los Angeles. The tour will begin March 1 in Pittsburgh."

I saw the same magazine yesterday. No interview. Maybe they are planning to put them on the cover again......Hopefully.
