The aspects of Anna that inspired me was her happiness that she always displayed when out in public. I know what it feels like to be the outsider. She never let the media stop her for being who she truly was, a shining star and a winner. In the wake of her death, it has made me re-examine how I take care of myself and that your body is a temple that needs to be cared for and not hated. Today is such a bittersweet day for me. I have a clipping in my "transformation" photo album that is a picture of Anna Nicole and under it is written the words " my inspiration" Today Feb 9, after 360 days of Trimspa, healthy food choices and exercising, I hit my goal weight. Anna Nicole was a modern day Marilyn Monroe. She represented strength; in that she was as beautiful as she was strong. She was a woman that has been through tremendous adversity in her life but seemed to always persevere.

Two years ago I saw the commercial for the Trimspa Challenge several times. I kept thinking there was no way that product would work, it's got to be like everything else out there. The thing that changed my mind was seeing Anna, so beautiful. Anna had lost her weight, I could too. I had to try. I did and haven't stopped. I never will. Nice. I haven't seen her much, I didn't see her show, but she seems like a kind spirit. Um, if she's not, and her show showed that she was a total biat, apologies. Never saw it. Most Sag's are open of heart, though.

Technically I think you could OD on valium. You'd have to take an awful lot. You'd probably vomit them up before you would OD on them though.

Anna Nicole Smith's death became even more bizarre than her life yesterday as a series of bombshell revelations uncovered an ever-growing web of sexual intrigue - including the startling claim that her late billionaire husband may be the father of her infant daughter.
The stunning disclosure comes in a no-holds-barred manuscript written by her half-sister Donna Hogan obtained exclusively by the Daily News.

Hogan alleges that her sister froze the sperm of 90-year-old J. Howard Marshall years ago, and believes she may have used it to become pregnant.

I have wondered about this from the very begining of this whole story.

"That's my sister for you. That b---h probably doesn't even know who the father is. Soon she'll probably say it's J. Howard's," Hogan wrote.

Hogan could not be reached for comment yesterday, but in an interview with "Inside Edition" she said, "I don't want people to talk about the crazy stuff. ... I want them to remember her for being full of life."

Um yeah. That's why you wrote a book about what a bitch she is that is probably going to sell like hotcakes now and make you one hell of a lot of money. Anna's family sure put the fun in dysfunctional.

Attorney Takes Control of Anna Nicole Smith's Bahamas Mansion

The locks at the Bahamas mansion where Anna Nicole Smith had been living were changed Saturday for the second time in 24 hours, as a lawyer for the late reality TV star said he had retaken possession of the estate.

Outside the gated mansion known as "Horizons," attorney Wayne Munroe also told a small scrum of reporters that he had filed a robbery complaint with police over computer equipment and other personal effects allegedly taken from the home. He did not disclose further details.

The 39-year-old former Playboy playmate, who died at a Florida hotel on Thursday, had claimed that U.S. developer and former boyfriend G. Ben Thompson bought her the house as a gift.

The impromptu press conference outside the mansion's gates came several hours after Godfrey Pinder, an attorney for Thompson, announced he had taken control of the residence in the exclusive New Providence neighborhood by changing the locks on Friday on behalf of his client. Thompson has said the house was on loan to Smith, with whom he had a brief relationship.

Wow. What a nice guy. She sure could pick 'em.

1. I doubt she ever took Trimspa -- rather, she had a nutritionist, trainer, and, likely, a good surgeon. I mean she had a taught, lean body and that cannot be achieved without diet and exercise. She also likely was on Primabullen or some other human steroid, which melts fats at the drop of a hat. I mean it is LA

LOS ANGELES - Anna Nicole Smith and TrimSpa Inc. have been sued in a class-action lawsuit alleging their marketing of a weight-loss pill is false or misleading.

Janet Luna and three people identified as her guardians were named in a lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court. The lawsuit alleges deceptive business practices and a violation of California's unfair competition law.

They are asking for unspecified damages, restitution and an injunction preventing Smith and New Jersey-based TrimSpa, maker of TrimSpa X32, from making claims that users of the pills can lose substantial amounts of weight.

Smith, 39, has endorsed TrimSpa and is a spokeswoman.

A message left early Tuesday with Joseph Farzam, an attorney for the plaintiff, wasn't immediately returned.

Ron Rale, Smith's lawyer, said Smith hadn't seen the lawsuit.

"This is news to us," he said, adding that "I'm sure to be speaking to her about it."

Last month, the Federal Trade Commission announced TrimSpa would pay $1.5 million to settle allegations that the company's weight-loss claims were unsubstantiated.

TrimSpa released a statement following the announcement saying it supported actions to clean up the weight-loss industry, but disputed the federal agency's allegation that a handful of TrimSpa advertisements that ran in 2003 and 2004 had insufficient substantiation.

TrimSpa also disagreed with any inference that its X32 product has no scientific support.

To the right of the Methadone, there is some type of medication that is, as I suspected, to be taken intraveneously. She was seriously fukced up. What a shame.

Oy. I suspected she was on loads of methadone...the nodding in interviews and all. What interests me is the baby. She was released from the hospital three days after her birth....so I doubt she was born addicted. Anna could not have just quit methadone when she got pregnant, it does not work that way. Maybe the baby was born addicted and was wheened off of it at home with a private nurse and pediatrician? This whole story is one F'd up mess. I would not be shocked if Howard gets charged in all this. The scripts are all in his name!
