Didn't have time to read all of it, but it seems like carbs ARE tolerated to a degree, depending on what phase of the diet you are in..... God I hope I interpreted that right...I don't want EGG on my face again!

I have come to realise to my detriment sometimes over the past few months that whilst i love regular pizza and other bread stuffs....it really doesn't like me.....so now try to stay away from it.

Oh, you have a wheat allergy or something? Soy flour is pretty good anyway... I decided to try it once out of curiosity and it's really not that bad... it's obviously different from real flour but not disgusting. My mother has that Atkins book, and I flipped through it before and saw that they have a few recipes that use the soy flour, so you could definitely try them.

I'd say that, during the difficult recording process of their magnum opus that is Rumours, that there probably wasn't too much coffee drinking going on, after all we do know just how bad her cocaine addicton was...
