I could have sworn I was just sent a card that said that, too. They were just put out on CVS shelves nationwide in place of the "Happy Summer Solstice" cards.

In all seriousness, though, it's my favorite time of the year, too, right alongside winter.

Winter is my second fav. time of the year! ( We have some things in common!)

However I love winter because it means the celebration of Christ's birth is close at hand...which I'm sure is not the reason you enjoy winter!

I danced naked in the moon last night in celebration

Exclamation My favorite time of the year...

Autumn, Hopefully the heat will now go away, tired of the almost 100 degree temps everyday...Give me grey cloudy days and cool 60 degree temps and I will be bouncing off the walls with joy (Summer heat and sunshine depress me...Thank God women in bikini's dont ).

Many biblical scholars are quite convinced that Jesus was born in APRIL, not December. "While Shepherds watched their flocks by night..." Shepherds did not watch their flocks outdoors in December, in Bethlehem. It would have been too cold. So I guess you missed Christmas this year.

Winter is my favorite time of year. I love spending time with my family on Christmas and Thanksgiving. And as corny as this sounds I find snow to be so relaxing.

I knew I was going to get this! LOL.

I'm not saying that Jesus was born on December 25...I mean lets be honest no one really knows for sure! December 25 is just the day that Christians, as a whole, celebrate the birth!

Really? I always heard it was February/March?? All the research I've seen speculated that Jesus was in fact a Pisces......
But, in any event he wasnt born in December. The Early Church co-opted a pagan mid-winter celebration and called it Christmas. Same thing with Easter and many of the traditions connected with it.
