Exactly.

There's nothing worse than the smell of stale cigarettes permeating throughout the house, not even the smell of ass. I helped my downstairs neighbor move last year and her walls were so yellow that I almost puked. It was hysterical when she pulled off her hideous wall border to reveal a white wall. The contrast between the white and the urine-yellow was striking.

Exactly. THIS is a HEALTH issue. It's not about taking away the personal rights of smokers. It's about everyone having the right to frequent any business without involuntarily having their lives shortened.
And I, more than anyone, HATE the gov't enforcing any more PC laws on us, but this really is common sense legislation.

But what if they ALL (bar owners) want smoking bars? Oh wait, 99% of them DO! I suppose if they could allow, say 20% of bars, a smoking permit, I guess I could see that.
I cannot believe that you are a smoker, Strand. It blows my mind. Seriously.

AMber(whatever happened to the capital M?), I will nominate you for the Ledgie I'd most like to party with!

I know. And he probably thinks us liberals should support him when he decides to sue the tobacco companies over his health problems.

Joking, of course, Jason.

You should nominate Strand, he has deep pockets... and could drink me under the table four times over, i'll wager... It just confused me cause he clearly parties more than me. Tats and piercings mean i like jewelry and body art.

He's also, what, almost 250 pounds, dear? He could swig moonshine like John Boy on a bender and suffer no effects.
