I'll just throw a hissy fit with it, until the monitor lands at the correct angle.

Thank you very much for this. These are readable on my computer (I just need to reorient them). Do you have the liner notes for Fleetwood Mac's Complete Blue Horizons 1967-69? I heard that Vernon gives some interesting tidbits on the creation of the first few albums. I'm slated to appear on a couple of podcasts discussing the pre-Buckingham Nicks era, so I would like to get my hands on as much information as possible.

Hey, when are you due to record the podcast? It might be worth buying a couple of books if you can get them in time.
The Complete Recording Sessions 1967-97 is pretty detailed (though I don’t think it’s 100% accurate….but must be very close). See attached. It would give really good info you could pass on on the podcast.
On a basic level The Definitive History is a nice book. It’s not really really detailed but gives nice overviews of each album.
Too many pages to send

Sadly I cannot locate Blue Horizon 67-69….but if I find it…
Some half decent liner notes on a compilation called Men of the World….but it’s an overview and doesn’t go through album by album

The podcast will be with Jeremy Gloff (the Phonogenics series). I actually have the Mike Evans Definitive History book in addition to Fleetwood's autobiography, but unfortunately they do not extensively discuss the making of Mr. Wonderful in detail, which I have been trying to find. I even checked Martin Celmin's book on Peter Green for more information, but it only glossed over that album.

For their debut 1968 album, I already have a decent amount of information (including this Guitar World reference that contains quotes from John Mayall, Mike Vernon, and Peter Green) https://www.guitarworld.com/features...-green-himself. I view The Complete Blue Horizons Sessions 1967-68 liner notes as the missing link to the puzzle. I tried checking the photos in discogs, but the fidelity is rather poor. I know that Fleetwood released his Love That Burns book, but it fetches a very hefty price.

Also, does the Peter Lewry book offer a song by song analysis, or does it talk more about each individual album?

Lots of good info from that booklet. I just wish they’d listed the date the album was released, the date and details of Christine running off stage, and the date she told the press that she would be doing "no more live dates and making no more records.”

Also interesting that they say “We know now, of course, that during the months of April, May, June and July of that same year, Christine and John, along with Danny and Mick, had been rehearsing in preparation to record a new Mac album” without mentioning what happened on April 11.
