I don’t have a problem with Sheryl Crow or Bonnie Raitt, but I’m not sure how their rendition of Songbird is going to work out. Heck, even Mick saying a few words, followed by a video of Christine singing Songbird would seem to be a more fitting tribute. But like everyone else, I’ll be tuning in hoping it does Christine justice.
I could see Bonnie pulling it off solo - she plays piano and has the right kind of softness and vulnerability to her voice - but no idea how Sheryl and Mick would fit into the mix. I’m hoping it doesn’t turn into something cringy that Chris would’ve rolled her eyes at.

Thank you, elle. Nice words from Mick. Is that Mick's girlfriend with him?

Happy she won but sad she isn't here to enjoy it. Or maybe she is, who knows?!

Just watched Mick saying:"Fleetwood Mac is done" and although that was to be expected it was a bit of a shock to hear him (of all people) say that.

It really was. "Put to bed" as he said. Interesting that he mentioned Stevie, Lindsey, Neil, and Mike continuing to perform but not John

He left them several outs (you never know, stranger things, etc) but really interesting to hear Mick be that definitive about the band no longer carrying on. The perpetual FM cheerleader knows that it would be a hard sell to push Fleetwood Mac without any Mac in it.

Also amusing that he mentioned Lindsey second. And disconcerting that he didn’t mention John at all - I really hope John is healthy and just living out his days on his boat enjoying life.

It was nice that he mentioned Lindsey. He didn't mention Billy Burnette, Rick Vito, or Dave Mason.

John isn’t performing like any of the others. Stevie, Lindsey, Neil, and Mike have all been on tour. I think John hasn’t contemplated performing since the last Fleetwood Mac show.

I was almost shouting to the screen "what about John?" But I don't think John wants to do it anymore. Plus John isn't doing anything, the others are.

Bonnie Raitt sounded incredible. Sheryl, to me, didn't deliver vocally, but definitely did on the piano. Nice to see Mick. I don't know why he was wearing a beach hat from his permanently closed Maui boutique though.

I thought the Tribute was ok. Sheryl sounded pitchy and Mick seemed unnecessary. He added nothing to the performance. Bonnie sounded pretty good though.
