I don't know why, but for now The Kinks are the only band mentioned to not have been filmed. Maybe they didn't want to share the profit for the official release of the performance so they chose to not be filmed at all.
However on their facebook page the Us Fest said that they were working on Fleetwood Mac's entire footage.

I'm not holding my breath, but I'm hopeful for this. I would love to see Fleetwood Mac's uncut show from the Mirage tour. I've watched the cut version on YouTube so many times.

Atlease one thing came to life is Christine coming back.

More likely the collection will be highlights clips like other fests and shows are put out for release.

I see that finally the old Johnny Carson shows are finally coming out of the vault and will be rerunning on Antenna TV in January 2016.

Unfortunately this kind of release has very little to do with the band itself. They probably just agreed to be filmed and then washed their hands.
Just think about the 25th anniversary Rumours reissue, the press release had promised a remastered DVD of the Budokan footage but then gave us that crap of Rosebud. Don't misunderstand me, I love Rosebud but we didn't need another version.

Now look at the press release for the Us Festival doc and see how many ****ty organizations are meddled in it:
