Default Evidence of a Buckingham Nicks release?

In the credits of the Sound City movie, both Crying in the Night and Frozen Love are used by permission from Univeral Music Enterprises. It's interesting to note that per wikipedia, "Universal Music Enterprises has gained praise in the last decade for their 2-disc (or 3-disc, for albums that originally took up 2 CDs) "Deluxe Editions" of well-acclaimed albums in the Universal catalogue. Each Deluxe Edition usually contains the whole original album remastered on the first disc, and at the end of the first disc and all throughout the second disc, there are rarities, including B-sides, alternate takes, demos, and live performances.".

Since Stevie & Lindsey own the rights to BN purchased back from Polydor, it seems this indicates that what we've been waiting for is finally happening.

Well, the Deluxe Edition description certainly sounds enticing.

Wink

I know! It needs to come out this year...

"40 years ago the dynamic duo of Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks first brought their magic to the world with a forgotten album..."

There's already a bootleg Deluxe Edition out there that's available on eBay and on various download sites, although an official Deluxe Edition would be better, of course.

Yep - only interested in an official release since we've already got the tracks in mp3 anyway from the vinyl rip.

I've mentioned this here before. My copy is direct from the master tapes. I replaced these with the vinyl rip that was with the bootleg Deluxe Edition but kept the 10 bonus tracks. No more crackle, pop or surface noise associated with vinyl and vinyl rips.

Yeah I think we all have that too. It's still not official though. Plus, it's more about it being recognized than just owning it on a cd - because with the recognition comes either some extras or deluxe packaging, tour or live show, DVD, etc. (hopefully).

Doesn't Bill Graham's estate have some unheard recordings of Buckingham Nicks Live in the vaults? I read that somewhere. A live disk included with the CD release of BN would be great too.

Maybe it was early Fleetwood Mac live. That makes more sense.
